OBJECTIVES OF P.A.C.E.R.O.

Represents, promotes, supports and defends the economic, technical and legal interests of its members;

Participates to the draw up of draft laws regarding its patrimonial interests;

Militates for the owners' full liberty of action, for the development and improvement of their activities;

Promotes the fair competition, under the legal stipulations, for ensuring equal opportunities for each of its members;

P.A.C.E.R.O. is consulted by the Government, for initiating, elaborating, and promoting the development, restructuring, privatization, liquidation, and economic co-operation programs; P.A.C.E.R.O. is also part of the co-ordination and management structures of the European Union programs;

Designates representatives, under the legal provisions, for negotiating and signing the collective labour contracts, for treaties and agreements, in the relationship with public authorities and trade unions, as well as for tripartite structures of management and social dialogue;

For its members, P.A.C.E.R.O. provides information, facilitates relations between them and between them and other organizations, ensures the promotion of the managerial progress, consultancy services, and special assistance, including the forming of manpower, as well as other services, within the legal limits;

Addresses legislative proposals to the competent authorities, in the fields of interest for the Patronate; endorses the draft laws; participates to the legislative process, by sending representatives to the competent authorities, under the provisions laid down by the Patronates' Law.
